Lara Bertola is Assistant Professor in Management specialising in Human Resources Management and Organizational Behavior. She obtained her Ph.D. at ESCP 1 Panthéon-Sorbonne in 2021 when she joined TSM Research (University of Toulouse Capitole 1).
Her work focuses on networks, diversity, gender bias, leadership, behaviors at work, and specifically on the themes of organisational commitment, and occupational health on perceived career outcomes.
