Jean-Marc Décaudin is a Professor in Management Science at Toulouse School of Management, specialized in Marketing. After graduating from HEC and after 12 years of professional experience in companies, he obtained his Ph.D. at the University of Toulouse 1 Capitole in 1988. HDR (1990) and Professor (1991) his research focuses on communication of brands and companies. His publications in journals such as the Journal of Services Marketing are complemented by several books such as "Integrated Marketing Communication."
