Caroline Manville is Professor of Management Science at TSM, specialising in Human Resources Management. She obtained her PhD at Université Montpellier 2 in 2005, and joined TSM in 2006. She has been in charge of the executive education Master programmes in Human Resources Management since 2009, and the HRM department of TSM since 2016.
Her research focuses on behaviors at work, and specifically on the themes of organisational justice, trust, organisational commitment, and occupational health. Her work has been published in journals such as Human Relations, Industrial Relations, European Management Journal and the Human Resources Management Journal.
