Marion Fortin est Professeur des universités en Sciences de gestion, spécialité Management des Ressources Humaines à Toulouse School of Management. Elle a obtenu son Doctorat en Comportement organisationnel au Trinity College de Dublin et son HDR à l’Université de Toulouse. Depuis 2015, elle est responsable pédagogique du Master 1 Gestion des Ressources Humaines. Précédemment, le Dr. Fortin a travaillé à l’Université Durham (Royaume-Uni) et a été Professeur invité à l’Université de New-York.

Les principaux intérêts de recherche du Dr. Fortin s’articulent autour du rôle du sentiment d’équité sur le lieu de travail, ses liens avec la moralité et le contexte social. Ses projets incluent la recherche sur le retour des femmes suite à un congé maternité, et la dynamique d’équité liée aux « décisions difficiles » sur le lieu de travail.

Ses recherches ont été publiées dans journaux comme Journal of Applied Psychology, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Business Ethics, et Organizational Behavior and Human Decision Processes.
