Karim Mignonac est Professeur des universités spécialisé dans le comportement organisationnel et la gestion des ressources humaines à Toulouse School of Management. Karim est directeur de TSM-Research (TSM-R).
Ses recherches portent sur le bien-être des employés et du comportement organisationnel. Ses travaux ont été publiés dans diverses revues, notamment Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management Studies, Journal of Organizational Behavior, Journal of Management, Human Resource Management, Journal of Vocational Behavior et Human Relations. Karim est également membre du comité scientifique de Pole Emploi (l'agence gouvernementale française pour les demandeurs d'emploi).
Karim a obtenu son doctorat à l'Université Toulouse Capitole.
