Karim Mignonac est Professeur en Sciences de Gestion à Toulouse School of Management, spécialisé en comportement organisationnel et en management des ressources humaines. Il dirige actuellement TSM Research (UMR CNRS 5303).

Ses recherches récentes portent sur les différentes cibles et formes d'implication au travail, ainsi que sur la santé physique et psychologique des salariés. Ses travaux sont publiés dans des revues internationales, telles que Strategic Management Journal, Human Resource Management, Human Relations ou Journal of Organizational Behavior.
